Selex Plywood

Selex Plywood is a high-quality plywood product manufactured by CMPC Wood Products. Made from Radiata Pine plantations, Selex plywood offers high visual quality, high strength and high versatility. Selex products (excluding the non-structural range) are produced and structurally certified to AS/NZS 2269, as well as available in FSC Certified on request. A differentiating element of our Selex Plywood is the technology applied to the sanding process, where a 10‑head sander guarantees a homogeneous product with a surface finish and appearance well above the market standard. Available in both Structural and Non-Structural and thicknesses ranging between 7mm to 25mm, Selex plywood is the hallmark of a superior quality. 

Ecoply Plywood

Carter Holt Harvey Ecoply is a leading brand of locally produced structural plywood. Commonly used for flooring, bracing, interior linings, membrane substrates, hoardings and DIY projects, Ecoply plywood products provide durability, strength and design flexibility. The Ecoply brand includes a range of appearance and performance related plywood products, treated and untreated, which are available in a wide range of grades, sizes and thicknesses. Manufactured from sustainably grown Australian and New Zealand Plantation Radiata Pine, Ecoply products (excluding the non-structural range) are produced and certified to AS/NZS 2269 and AS/NZS 6669.

Marine Plywood BS1088

BS1088 Marine Plywood is a high quality plywood renowned for its exceptional durability and performance to withstand impact and vibration forces from waves and floating debris. Made to British Standard BS1088, this plywood is manufactured with high-quality tropical mixed hardwood species in the face and core veneers with few defects. The "BS1088" standard signifies compliance with rigorous standards related to wood quality, construction methods, and adhesive integrity. Worth noting that the mixed hardwood species may vary in colour and that colour matching may present some challenges. Available in a range of thicknesses, from 4mm to 25mm, as FSC or PEFC certified on request. Marine plywood is not waterproof, however the glue line used is an exterior glue able to withstand boiling tests. Plywood, like timber, needs to be protected by suitable coatings to stop degradation.

Hoop Pine Plywood Marine

ForestOne offers a wide range of Hoop Pine plywood manufactured with a high grade “A” or “B” face. Primarily used for linings for walls and ceilings, joinery and applications where a high-quality aesthetic finish is required. As part of our range, Hoop Marine manufactured to AS/NZS 2272 is constructed using only “A” grade veneers. The distinctive Hoop Pine veneers used in its construction contribute to its unique and attractive appearance and distinctive layered edge profile.

Hardwood BB/CC

Sourced from sustainable forests, our BB/CC plywood is a type of hardwood plywood that is classified as non-structural. It is manufactured by bonding together high-quality hardwood veneers with an exterior resin glue. The term “BB/CC” refers to the grading system used to classify the quality of the plywood. In this case, the letters “BB” refer to the front surface of the plywood, and any small defects that may exist are filled and sanded.  The “CC” refers to the back surface of the plywood, which may have small patches and filled splits. Available in a range of thicknesses, from 3.6mm to 25mm, it is available as FSC or PEFC certified on request.

Black Stallion Formply AS/NZS6669 and Film Face

Elevate your projects to new heights with our premium Black Stallion Formply Plywood. Designed to meet AS6669, our Black Stallion formply plywood is engineered for exceptional strength, stability, and durability. Engineered to withstand the rigors of repeated use, it offers exceptional strength, stability, and a smooth surface finish. The high-quality hardwood veneers and cross-banded construction ensure optimal performance, providing a reliable foundation for any project. The range also extends to a Black Stallion non-structural Film Face plywood. Also made with hardwood veneers, that have a lower density or stiffness and then film coated with a high density overlay (HDO) resin impregnated finish that is smooth; perfect for use in applications that require a hard, durable, pre-finished surface.

Décor Overlay Plywood

ForestOne supplies a variety of paper, polyester and acrylic overlaid plywoods for lightweight and high quality options. In addition, ForestOne has a range of RV Solutions that are lightweight and high quality to fit out caravans and RVs.

RV Lite is a lightweight mixed hardwood plywood panel with an exterior glue line. Perfect for recreational vehicles and caravans, the lightweight plywood panel provides consistent performance and allows for greater design flexibility, while the exterior glue line ensures minimal risk of delamination under normal conditions.

RV Elegance offers the luxury of a high gloss finish with the practicality of a durable and easy to clean surface. Durable and lightweight plywood construction, ideal for kitchen and cabinetry doors.

RV Endure is composed of flexible and durable thermo-plastic with a lightweight plywood substrate. Low maintenance, these durable and flexible sheets are ideal for wall and ceiling linings and furniture, particularly when weight is a consideration.

RV Cabinet White is a lightly stippled, white board purposely designed for RV use. Enjoy the strength of plywood with the durability and clean finish of melamine. A cost-effective option for caravan carcasses, ideal for both cabinetry and furniture construction.

RV Floor is a lightweight mixed hardwood plywood panel, RV-Floor allows for a weight reduction in the floor of the vehicle. RV Floor comes sanded ready for the application of decorative flooring surfaces. 

RV Carcass is the most cost effective option for caravan carcasses. Lightweight and durable, the particle board substrate allows for a freedom from traditional options.
